View Saved Lists

This option allows you to see the lists that have been saved. You will also be able to edit the list form this view.

Editing a list allows you to

• Change the name
• Change the description
• Add criteria

Adding a criterion is how you tell the system to build dynamic lists.

Viewing the list shows you all the contact on the list and gives you an idea of how many persons are on the list. You will also be able to delete list entries from this view.

Long lists may be displayed across several pages and criteria for dynamic lists are always listed first. They will be on a separate page if there are many of them or the list is very long.

View Summary allows you see the information on the list (name, description, criteria and number of static entries)
