Forgotten Passwords

If you forget your password you will need to follow the procedure for your system. In most cases there is a link below the LOG IN button that allows you to recover the password yourself, see below. If this option is not available then ask the System Administrator to reset your password.

The password recover option is a 3 step process.

1. Go to the recovery form and fill in the information required,

this is usually your email address and username. Click the RECOVER button.

1. Go to your email inbox and click the link provided.
2. Enter you new password and save.

After that (providing it was successful) you will be able to log in with your new password.
